This PAIA Manual is published in compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000), which gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by public and private bodies. Stars of Africa Soccer Academy (“SOA”) is committed to transparency and ensuring that information is available to the public when required under the Act. - Purpose of this Manual
The purpose of this manual is to assist individuals in exercising their rights to access information held by SOA, in line with the requirements of PAIA. It outlines the process for requesting access to information and details the type of information held by the Academy. - Scope of Application
